I mean that title literally, not in some figurative manner. Months ago I had sent my landlord a picture of a hole made by a family of squirrels that were going into our attic space.

Well the landlord cut the tree access for said squirrels but the hole was not sealed. There’s now massive wet spots all over our ceiling and it’s a matter of time before that shit caves in.

I have to laugh or I’ll cry but if that’s not the most on brand thing for me I don’t know what is.

When your roof caves in, the hotel fee goes to the landlord right??? Someone with a rental law degree please feel free to weigh in here.
