
I’m grateful for that Grow therapy app. I have to say it’s made the entire concept of therapy suck a lot less. Maybe I’m a snob or lazy but the concept of having to drive to lord knows wherever the office is, wait in said waiting room, and then sit face to face with therapists is something I’m not really super fond of. This Grow therapy app is all virtual appointments- no gas spent, no time spent driving, no awkwardness. Heck I do my sessions with that camera part shut the F off✌🏻😂
I’m grateful for learning how to use my voice appropriately. Far too often I’ve not said things when I should or just not used the correct tone to get my delivery across, daily that’s something I’m working on. Self admitted, I have a habit about joking about serious things to try and dance around the subject, it does not serve anyone any good.
I’m grateful for self awareness and my god damn soul crushing Irish guilt. That sounds insane but for 20 years I’ve been slapped with 18463736 incorrect diagnosis’s that some of them absolutely gave me a bit of a complex- worse part is, the diagnosis that upset me the most was an absolutely inaccurate one. I’m going to do a follow up to my TTI industry post to go more over that one, stay tuned 👀
