I’m grateful that despite not getting any actual answers yesterday outside “erosive gastritis” that I actually managed to get those procedures done. Will I be doing that again? Absolutely not unless my bloodwork says I have cancer, that exits fucking closed✌🏻

I’m grateful that I’m at least feeling a bit less foggy this morning, that anesthesia was absolutely awful (I miss the days where my insurance covered ketamine, Elon has it right being high as fuck on that stuff all the time😂)

I’m grateful for paydays, they aren’t the same since I stopped serving full time but it’s better than nothing.

I’ve made it over 3 days without the nicotine patch! At this point it probably wouldn’t go so well to slap a 21mg patch back on when I’m almost a month without the vape already. Guess I’m raw dogging it after a temporary bandaid😬
