I’m grateful that they finally fixed the heat at my work. It was hotter than Satan’s nutsack in there last night but it was still better than customer’s eating in full winter coats and gloves like they had been.

I’m grateful that my kids have been so obsessed with what they got for Christmas, it’s been weeks now that they have been entertained!

I’m grateful I got a surprise night off of work. I’ve been fighting to try and ditch 2 of my shifts a week that I have issues with nepotism on so to get even one of the two shifts off is a plus.

Nepotism is a fucking bitch for the record, I understand how people can think family owned is all sunshine and rainbows but I have unfortunately ended up on a side of it where half my income is being ripped out from me 2 shifts a week when I’m being forced to do 99.99% of the job alone. At least this is a first world problem and not one that I created myself.
