I’m beyond grateful that despite talking a massive amount of shit the night prior our geeked out bartender actually showed up for his shift and didn’t quit like he had been saying the night before. The crushing weight of capitalism prevailed and homie made the right choice (also I gotta say that I have no clue what drug this dude is actually on but it’s wild that every single coworker can see it’s some form of drug but we can’t figure out which, my money is on adderall since he can keep a job)

I’m grateful for my car. I complain all the time about the insane price of my car loan but in all actuality I’m lucky as fuck they even gave me the keys to that thing. No one ever checked my proof of income in any form, I was given almost a $40,000 loan just based off my credit score.

I’m grateful there isn’t real heroin around anymore. That sounds weird to say but it’s way easier to stay off drugs when I’m 100% aware of the fact the stuff on the market would instantly kill me. I’m way too petty and stubborn to ever let the people who expect me to relapse be able to say “I called that one” so I just refrain completely.
