I wish I could say things are sunshine and rainbows, but they just aren’t. My anxiety has been unbearable lately, and almost all of it dwindles down to the financial crisis my soon to be ex husband strapped me with when he exited stage right. I often get resentful when I think about the fact he’s living rent/bill/responsibility free while I’m stuck cleaning up his mess and raising the kids he walked out on. My anger’s back in full force, man did I miss her👌🏻

I’m grateful to have my anger back, I’d much rather be pissed off than be the sobbing pathetic mess I have been for a good chunk of the last six months. Anger’s always been a productive emotion of mine, my greatest accomplishments in life have come from a place of sheer resentment. 12 step programs preach that resentments are harmful, I find them to be a useful tool.

I’m grateful for having multiple skills. This week I put together a 10 post engagement package (linked shamelessly above 👆🏻) for small business owners to use instead of AI. Obviously after what happened with my ex husband I’m even more anti AI than I had been previously. Years ago I had a small business owner who paid specifically for my verbiage, so the engagement bundle does include captions by moi💁🏻♀️

I’m grateful for my mother. I would be absolutely fucking screwed without her, she’s been a saint stepping up and single handedly holding my entire household together. She’s gotten the kids into a routine and my house has never been cleaner. I truly don’t deserve her.
